This is the analysis and study of the information existing within the company about fulfilment of labour requirements, through techniques of review and verification, or, if there aren’t any, of situations, behaviours, and procedures. This study is carried out by a qualified, independent person, for the purpose of issuing a report that sets out his or her opinion regarding the reliability of information, as well as agreement, if appropriate, with the situations, behaviours, and procedures used by the company.
